Distribution: Washington; northern British Columbia to southern California, Idaho, Montana.

Habitat: In shade or sun.

Substrate: Trees of all kinds, rarely on rock walls.

Conservation Status: Not of concern

Description:
General:

Thallus with dichotomously branched branches to 70 mm in length, 2-4 mm in width. Upper surface pale greenish yellow, lower surface very pale to white.
